Job Description
- SAP implementation projects and support in an ECC 6.0 environment for projects, enhancements, and support fixes.
- Perform SAP MM module configuration to meet business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and other technical enhancements.
- Advocate best practice process redesign with relevant business partners.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the SAP team and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
- Create procedures in accordance with the process approach.
- Solve complex problems within their work team.
- Prepare statistical and data reports, including usage trends and analysis.
- Troubleshoot and accurately record caller’s requests/problems.
- Provide remote and on-site support to all end-users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Turkish is an advantage).
- Expert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Familiar with SQL, T-SQL, and MySQL.
