Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team at Exonyx. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and facilitating the Scrum processes within our development teams to ensure projects are executed with the highest quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be adept at identifying obstacles, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve team impediments to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
• Educate the team on Scrum principles and Agile values.
• Document processes and meeting outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed and comprehensive reports on project progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Notion.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
