Job Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our product and engineering teams by facilitating agile processes, ensuring smooth collaboration, and driving progress on product goals.
Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation:
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage meeting schedules, take detailed notes, and track tasks in Jira/GitLab.
OKR & Progress Tracking:
- Monitor team OKRs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track engineer tasks and address blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate cross-squad and tribe meetings to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to achieve seamless execution.
Product Monitoring:
- Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Report on delivery progress, feature updates, and timelines to stakeholders.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare performance and sprint reports, analyze team capacity, and suggest improvements.
- Foster a culture of learning and optimization within teams.
Multi-Project Management:
- Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, MetaBase, Miro).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and backlog prioritization.
