Security Expert

Job Description

Novin Rasman Mahan is seeking a motivated and skilled professional security expert to join our team in Tehran. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining the security posture of our IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with our IT department to safeguard company and client data.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events using tools such as Splunk to detect and respond to threats.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
• Analyze security incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain awareness of emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the IT landscape.
• Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Sciences.
• Experience with security tools, including Splunk, IDS, EDR/XDR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Keen interest in IT security and willingness to learn.
