Senior Accountant

Job Description

Tarh Ideh Agency, established in 2010 in the Media, Publishing, and Entertainments industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant located in Tehran. This role focuses on managing financial procedures, preparing detailed financial reports, and guiding the accounting team to ensure the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management and accounts payable.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and adherence to statutory regulations.
- Guide and mentor junior accountants, ensuring best practices in accounting are followed.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and improve profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Proven experience as a senior accountant or similar role in accounting and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
