Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Benchmark industry best practices and competitive strategies to design and implement new financial services, such as vendor loans, credit facilities, and other financing solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the project’s overall growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to foster collaboration and drive business expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand vendor and customer needs, translating findings into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Act as a project manager for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams and the successful implementation of business strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for improving business performance.
- Drive efforts to attract new vendors while increasing the value and satisfaction of current partnerships.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business developer, or business analyst.
- A strong background in the FinTech or LendTech industries is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
- Deep understanding of financial technologies, lending systems, and e-commerce market dynamics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
