Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and possible collaborations.
Market research and analysis to identify needs and threats.
Preparing for negotiations and participating in meetings as a representative of the CEO.
Coordinating and monitoring specific projects and ensuring their progress.
Follow up on tasks and set priorities in ongoing projects.
Collect and analyze financial and operational data to present to the CEO.
Providing data-based recommendations to improve the organization's performance.
Managing the CEO's schedules and appointments.
Preparing and sending reports, notes, and other related documents.
Requirements:
3 and 5 years of relevant work experience in executive management or consulting.
A degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields; or an MBA graduate.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels.
Skill in writing and editing documents in Farsi and English.
Familiarity with business development processes.
Ability to conduct negotiations and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and problems and provide practical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Accuracy and attention to detail in doing things.
Having creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
