About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative content and communications senior expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging, informative content across various platforms to effectively communicate our brand's message. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content, copy, and microcopy that align with company goals and target audience.
  • Create compelling, high-quality written content for various channels, including social media, website, email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and create relevant, engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize engagement.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting schedule, and community engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategy and communication efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in content and communication, with proven experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and communication strategies.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research is a plus.
  • Experience with UX writing is a plus.
