Senior Contract Expert

Job Description

• Review and draft contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure contracts comply with current laws and regulations.
• Analyze and interpret contracts of contractors and employers.
• Provide solutions and suggestions for improving contract texts.
• Participate in contract negotiations and provide legal support.
• Prepare and review required documents for participation in tenders.
• Manage and update contract monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to interpret and implement contract provisions.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering fields, or Business Administration.
• At least six years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry.
• UI English proficiency. 
• Strong understanding of contracts and legal concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Organizational and communication skills.
