• Collaborate and participate in budgeting (cost–revenue) meetings with internal departments, the employer, and partners. • Report project cost–revenue status to senior management for ongoing projects. • Update budgets and activity reports. • Develop and implement cost–revenue control procedures and update dashboards. • Prepare, monitor, control, and report all costs related to required activities for Project Petroleum Costs; manage expenditures and ensure reconciliation of operational and accounting records with the relevant LOP and WPB budgets in accordance with IPC and JOA contracts. • Monitor and follow up on JMC approvals and cooperate with subcommittees involved in the JV. • Maintain and legally follow up on entitled revenues and future sales cash flow (CFF) related to the IPC contract. • Coordinate activities through close collaboration with finance and project teams. • Fully cooperate with the ERP team to implement required budget control activities within the ERP system. • Implement rules related to cost centers, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and cost allocation. • Follow up with tax and social security authorities to coordinate with the finance department.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management or Industrial Engineering. English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher level.
Technical Competencies:
• Familiarity with oil and gas contracts. • Knowledge of financial and credit document analysis. • Ability to control and manage costs and revenues. • Familiarity with financial statement analysis. • Knowledge of financial reporting regulations.
