Job Description
- Provide technical support for ERP systems.
- Train end-users on ERP system functionalities.
- Identify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate and guarantee effective communication with end users.
- Assist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Provide support for ERP-related projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar position.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
