Assist in advancing improvement projects and organizational excellence plans by participating in planning, analyzing, resolving conflicts, and managing improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform process, business, system, and information analyses to determine solutions for improvement and solving organizational problems.
Analyze and identify improvement opportunities and help define, implement, and lead excellence plans and improvement projects and communicate effectively with their stakeholders.
Analyze macro structures and macro processes and assess and analyze the maturity and effectiveness of organizational governance and determine areas for improvement in order to establish and improve organizational governance.
Facilitate and ensure effective communication between the IFS Support Team and operational units and define and monitor the IFS Support Team’s portfolio and service levels.
Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues, conflicts, and risks in excellence plans and improvement projects.
Needs assessment and implementation of IFS training and organization and updating of IFS system training and technical documentation.
Requirements:
Five years of experience in financial units or financial systems analysis.
Proficient in comprehensive financial and accounting standards.
Proficient in financial processes.
Proficient in knowledge of comprehensive financial principles and concepts.
Proficient in preparing various accounting reports.
Proficient in how the financial structure of businesses functions, the relationship of different components of the organization with budget and financial issues and financial requirements.
Proficient in business process design using Visual Paradigm.
