Job Description
- Implementing and executing knowledge management directives across departments.
- Guiding knowledge management processes within units.
- Identifying and managing organizational changes
- Developing strategies for sustaining knowledge management within the company.
- Preparing and presenting annual plans for administrative and operational knowledge management structures.
- Identifying necessary updates to improve performance and modernize the developed knowledge management system.
- Monitoring system activities and ensuring evaluators and knowledge workers respond appropriately in the knowledge repository.
- Addressing user inquiries regarding the knowledge management system (e.g., registering knowledge, participating in expert forums).
- Conducting training sessions related to the knowledge management system.
- Developing procedures and performance indicators for knowledge leaders and expert forums.
- Reviewing strategies, overarching goals, and annual objectives, and presenting them to the team leader.
- Collaborating on updating the model, strategies, and plans for knowledge management.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with needs assessment, development, and updating of knowledge management systems.
- Knowledge of promoting a knowledge management culture.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and techniques.
- Expertise in documentation principles and writing.
- Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
- Ability to identify opportunities and improve processes to enhance knowledge management growth.
- Understanding of knowledge management frameworks (policies, processes, and KM systems).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and business processes.
- Experience in IT-related roles is a plus.
