About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Legal Specialist to join our team and contribute to a wide range of legal and corporate affairs. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, provide sound legal advice, and ensure compliance with Iranian laws and company policies. From supporting regulatory processes to mitigating risks in litigation, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice on a range of legal and regulatory matters.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including letters, meeting minutes, and official notices.
  • Assist in managing corporate governance matters and internal corporate bodies’ affairs.
  • Support the legal team in license acquisition and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all contracts, terms, and conditions comply with company policies and Iranian laws.
  • Assist in litigation matters, identifying and mitigating legal and business risks.
  • Collaborate with various teams and other ventures to provide legal support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (Graduation from reputable governmental universities is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in reputable companies or law firms (experience in startups is a plus).
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes, legal formalities, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective business negotiations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for creating and analyzing periodic reports.
  • Persistent, motivated, and energetic with a collaborative team spirit.
