We are seeking a talented and motivated senior marketing specialist to join our dynamic cross-functional team at Aban Tether.
Responsibilities:
Plan, optimize, and deliver the best campaign performance across digital channels: (CPC, Google Ads, video marketing, paid social, Telegram ads, display, push, etc.) to meet marketing goals for both the app and website in cooperation with the marketing team.
Manage and utilize analytical tools like GA4, app analytics and trackers to enhance performance of marketing activities, identify issues, and be proactive.
Build insightful dashboards to report on traffic, metrics, performance, and efficiency on a weekly, monthly and agreed-upon basis.
Set growth and performance benchmarks, and establish analytics per channel.
Own tag manager and analytical tools infrastructure.
Drive experiments with top programmatic platforms, and deliver high-quality results .
Identify and actively experiment with high-potential channels and creative planning to test and incorporate into marketing objectives.
Drive growth through paid, owned and shared media.
Manage external marketing agencies and vendors independently, and ensure all the expected. deliverables or services are delivered as planned.
Execute high-performing online marketing campaigns to achieve each marketing goal.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Manage influencer marketing (whether in-house or agency) and deliver digital and performance side of marketing activities.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in performance marketing and proficiency in tools/vendors/channels such as Yektanet, CPC, google ads, programmatic, search, social, display, affiliates, and offline channels.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with marketing analytic tools like GA4, Clarity, web analytics, app analytics, and trackers and interpreting them.
Proficiency in tag manager setup and infrastructure management.
Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel, and familiarity with Tableau, or similar database/analysis tools.
Strong command of Iranian ad networks.
Experience in working in a data-driven role.
Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings, identify obstacles, and influence changes.
Able to work autonomously, with strong work professionalism and collaboration to work with team members.
Experience in successfully delivering performance campaigns in different marketing channels.
