Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems to support voice and video communication.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of collaboration services, integrating voice, video, messaging, and other tools.
Administer and optimize collaboration platforms, including Skype for Business, Cisco Meeting Solution, Jabber, and Cisco Softphone.
Integrate communication services with business applications, assisting in their network infrastructure integration, and providing training and documentation for end-users.
Proactively monitor network performance, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in project planning to ensure successful delivery of collaboration initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Network Engineer focusing on collaboration and telephony services.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, VoIP technologies, and collaboration platforms.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams, or other relevant collaboration tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or certifications in collaboration platforms are a plus.
