Senior Operations Performance and Analytics Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a senior operations performance and analytics specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Monitor and analyze delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline
• Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements, and monitoring their performance over time
• Ensure the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, data analytics, business analytics, business line management, or project management.
• Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using, Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
