About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using data to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain rigorous data validation procedures.
• Support the Operations team with ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in operations or a related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and visualization platforms like SuperSet or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
