HerLife is dedicated to enhancing user experience by launching a new vertical, HerLife Shop. This initiative aims to specialize in the sale and personalized introduction of products within the Health & Beauty (H&B) industry. We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join us on this exciting journey and help achieve the ambitious goals of this new vertical.

Responsibilities:

Logistics and Fulfillment:

• Design and manage the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers with third parties.
• Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce delivery times, and manage costs.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• It is crucial to design a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the order fulfillment process and consistently monitor the performance of third parties to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the health and wellbeing sector or e-commerce is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
