Job Description
The role of this position is planning, monitoring, and managing outsourced products or projects to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
Strategy:
- Participate in providing business development plans to increase income and profit.
- Design and implement outsourcing business strategies to achieve business goals.
- Design and implement coherent and organized policies, procedures and processes for outsourced products or projects.
- Participate in designing new marketing and sales strategies to increase sales.
Finance and Contract:
- Monitor, evaluate, and document outsourcing costs and the status of outsourced projects to provide continuous reports.
- Annual budgeting according to strategies and goals to help make big outsourcing decisions.
- Follow up and manage all financial transactions and provide financial statements to ensure the financial success of the outsourced project or product.
- Supervise and manage tenders, auctions, and all contracts for optimal budget management.
Project Management (Resources, Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation):
- Review and evaluate proposals for new projects or contracts to select the proposal according to the budget and set goals.
- Participate in the process of evaluating, selecting, negotiating, and consolidating relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Establish necessary coordination between internal and external teams for outsourced projects for optimal management of internal and external resources.
- Manage resource planning and implementing development projects in line with goals and strategies for greater profitability.
- Monitor the quality of the outsourced work to ensure compliance with the company's standards and goals and take corrective measures if needed.
- Monitor and review the activities of outsourced projects to ensure their completion within the planned time frame and budget.
- Identify and predict issues, problems, and risks to manage and provide solutions and take necessary measures to solve them.
Reports:
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting internal and external data and reports to present a report to the board of directors.
