Job Description

The senior performance marketing specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results and Return On Investment (ROI). This role requires managing online advertising channels, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing campaigns to increase traffic, and user conversions, and grow the organization's revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing advertising campaigns on digital channels and advertising platforms.
  • Determining budgets and allocating resources for different campaigns.
  • Using data analysis tools to track campaign performance.
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses of campaigns and providing optimization solutions.
  • Improving Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rate, and reducing Cost Per Click (CPC).
  • Coordinating with content, design, and development teams to produce engaging content tailored to the needs of campaigns.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to follow up on generated leads and improve the conversion process.
  • Reviewing competitors and analyzing their performance on digital channels.
  • Preparing regular reports on campaign performance and presenting them.
  • Measuring Return On Investment (ROI) and the impact of campaigns on organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on them.
  • Skilled in keyword research and Search Engine Optimization (SEM) campaigns.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
