Senior Planning Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Planning and controlling the costs of the exploration and production department.
• Planning and monitoring the progress of activities related to new investment opportunities in the exploration and production sector.
• Monitoring and supervising the progress of the project portfolio (portfolio) of the exploration and production sector; Preparation of summary reports of the project portfolio (portfolio) of the exploration and production department.
• Participating in the monthly/quarterly progress meetings of the project portfolio (portfolio) of the exploration and production department and preparing the necessary documentation.
• Participating in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of executive procedures for managing the project portfolio (portfolio) of the exploration and production department.
• Analyzing data and providing improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Ability to design upstream Oil and Gas processes.
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations related to upstream contracts.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management
• 5 years of work experience in planning and project management in the oil industry.
• Mastering the principles and basics of professional project management (PMBOK).
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate between units.
