Identify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives.
Analyze and identify improvement opportunities, as well as assist in the development, implementation, and management of excellence programs and improvement projects, and effectively communicate with their stakeholders.
Facilitate and guarantee effective communication between the IFS support team and operational units, as well as define and monitor the IFS support team's portfolio and service level.
Conduct process, business, system, and information analysis to determine solutions to the organization's problems.
Need assessment and implementation of IFS training, as well as the organization and upgrading of IFS system training and technical documentation.
Assist in the planning, control, and advancement of excellence programs and improvement projects, as well as the preparation of reports and the holding of status analysis and review meetings.
Analyze macrostructures and macro processes, evaluation and analysis of organizational governance maturity and efficiency, and identification of improvement points in order to establish and improve organizational governance.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of related experience.
Capable of working with Visual Paradigm.
Capable of working with ERP systems, specifically IFS.
