Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, strategies, and timelines for successful execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
• Identify and define specific tasks required for project completion, along with the necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgeting processes, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while maximizing resource utilization.
• Strategically allocate resources to various project tasks, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Regularly report on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
• Present comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues and proposing solutions to ensure project success.
• Implement and manage changes to project plans as needed, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of project outcomes, assessing success against objectives and identifying lessons learned for future initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a PMO.
• Experience in implementing project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) within an organization.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Agile certifications.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Program Management Professional (PgMP).
• Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
• Certified Scrum Master.
