Job Description

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve specified goals.
  • Assist the sales manager in leading and guiding the sales team, training team members, and evaluating their performance.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide detailed reports to the sales manager and analyze sales trends.
  • Manage complex projects and coordinate with various teams in the organization.
  • Go on domestic and international trips to develop the market.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of work experience in a related position.
  • Proficient in sales strategies and CRM.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify market opportunities.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and train sales team members.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
