We are currently expanding our sales team in our Tehran office and seeking a motivated and experienced senior sales expert with the ability to operate on a national level.

Job Description:

As a senior sales expert at Parsol Solar, you will play a crucial role in national market development, acquiring new customers across Iran, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. While based in our Tehran office, you will be responsible for sales activities throughout the country. Your primary goal will be to achieve set sales targets and provide appropriate solutions to customers in all regions of Iran.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement established sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets across Iran.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in various provinces nationwide and expand the national customer network.
  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key national clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide expert consultation on solar energy products and services to customers throughout the country.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of customers in different regions.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts on a national level.
  • Follow up on sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale across Iran.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports on national activities and submit them to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (such as marketing and technical) to provide the best possible service to customers nationwide.
  • Identify and evaluate new regional markets across Iran.
  • Participate in national industry-related exhibitions and events (as needed).
  • Stay updated on the latest market developments and solar energy products nationwide.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or related industries with nationwide coverage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong and effective negotiation and communication skills at various levels.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in different regions of the country.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and marketing techniques on a national level.
  • Ability to present technical and commercial solutions to customers, considering regional conditions.
  • Familiarity with CRM is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up skills, problem-solving abilities, and motivation to work nationwide.
  • Willingness to travel for work throughout Iran.
