Job Description
We are looking for an experienced senior scrum master to join our team. The ideal candidate is a passionate Agile expert with strong facilitation and coaching skills, experienced in leading cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles
- Identify and remove team impediments
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization
- Track and report Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down, Cycle Time)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS is a plus)
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Servant leadership mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments
