We are looking for an experienced and motivated senior software development manager to lead our software development projects and manage our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, and project management, and the ability to provide innovative solutions for their clients. Suppose you have a deep understanding of web and mobile application development, hands-on experience with technologies such as Laravel, Vue.js, and React, and knowledge of AWS and CI/CD cloud architecture. - Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise a team of developers, and provide guidance, direction, and performance evaluation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Keep current with the latest technologies and provide insight into their potential use in projects.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing development team.
- Use your strategic thinking to anticipate future trends and provide optimal solutions.
