- Tendering according to the scope of work, and the scope of supply.
- Draft contract revising.
- Development of Instruction To Bidders (ITB).
- Technical and Commercial Evaluating criteria preparation and revising.
- Hold clarification meetings and question/answer sessions.
- Provide Technical and Commercial Bids Evaluation (TBE/CBE).
- Tender results reporting and recommendation to award approval by the tender committee.
- Market research on certain goods or services and forming a Bidders list.
- Cost estimation, and pricing.
- Prepare call for tender documentation.
- Purchase and supply activity.
- Vendor/supplier qualification and inspection.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Contracting.
- Purchase planning and reporting.
