Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking senior WordPress developer to join our dynamic team at Radman. If you have a strong technical foundation, a sharp eye for design, and a proven ability to build scalable and high-performing WordPress websites, this role is tailored for you.
As a key member of our team, you’ll lead the development of custom themes and plugins, optimize site architecture, and ensure a seamless user experience across devices, while supporting our international conference and brand-driven web projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced, responsive WordPress websites.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins tailored to business needs.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate ideas into functional and elegant web solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong experience with Elementor and custom WordPress page builders.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, performance optimization, and web security standards.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with custom plugin development is a strong plus.
