Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts both manually and automatically.
• Automate testing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce human errors.
• Identify, document, and track software issues and collaborate closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Ensure software compliance with company quality standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and continuously improve testing processes.
• Provide comprehensive reports on test results and offer suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Practical experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Ability to perform both functional and non-functional testing.
• Proficiency in Agile testing methodologies and effective collaboration within Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
