Job Description

  • To liaise and collaborate with cross-department teams to execute projects including planning, design, sales process, support process, and testing.
  • To assist in monitoring, tracking, evaluating, and refining strategies for the product portfolio, and deployment within corporate segments.
  • To liaise with Finance to ensure all developed solutions have complied with MTN Irancell Revenue Assurance requirements and standards
  • To develop new Enterprise solutions in assigned domains (Including Cloud and Unified Communication,) and improve the current solutions based on customers’ needs in each segment
  • To assist in B2B product portfolio development starting from research, benchmarking, feasibility check, design, planning, development, and pilot to ensure the joint service would be delivered successfully
  • To work and collaborate closely with the Pre-sales engineering team and ensure incorporating pre-sales inputs (as B2B leads and customers’ firsthand reliable feeds) into the solutions development plan and roadmap
  • To accompany the Sales and Pre-sales team in technical meetings with B2B prospects and customers to satisfy customers’ technical demands in their specific solution areas and domains
  • To freely let other teammates leverage his domain specialty to maximize the synergy between products and solutions
  • To be willing to be on regional missions and to attend regional meetings to expand EB Regional Sales team's technical reach
  • To actively seek out partnership opportunities to expand EB’s tech partners eco-system
  • To understand, identify, and research an assigned domain’s ecosystem while proposing real use cases to be built and implemented for corporate users.
  • To interact with key customers to better understand their current and future requirements.
  • To trace, research, and follow the assigned domain regulations with local/international regulatory policies for deploying the assigned domain solutions.
  • To support seeking and identifying new markets, new organizations, and new customers for new products and existing corporate solutions.
  • To integrate solution development requirements with technical specifications such as billing systems, charging systems, financial systems, Customer Service Portals, network design, and device compatibility.
  • To draw up and document detailed specifications for new solutions/product ideas
  • To conduct post-implementation product/solution analysis and product/solution review to ensure compliance with set objectives
  • To provide support in leading preparation until closure of the contract in companion with the Enterprise sales department to make sure the service is provided to customers
  • To continuously review the practices in different countries, industries, and the practices that competitors use to find their impact on the current product, and define the new innovative solutions to penetrate the corresponding market in the corporate segment.
  • To ensure the timely implementation of solution delivery, maximizing product/ solution performances.
  • To report on competition, quality, and any other issues occurring to third-party and revenue-sharing reports.
  • To prepare proposals -, attend the clarification meetings -, and prepare the launch package (including the manuals, forms, and other related materials) for corporate customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Network Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree in IT/Telecom is advantageous; or an MBA graduate.
  • Experience with product and solution development will be a privilege.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others; 2 years of service development experience; an advantage would be in telecommunications or IT.
  • Experience working in a medium organization.
  • Demonstrate some experience in assigned domain verticals (IoT/Cloud).
  • Project management experience in the B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding of various market segments such as public sector, SME, and enterprise business needs.
  • Experience in the governmental IT service provider can be an advantage.
