Position Summary:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking officer to support our international projects by handling personnel logistics, including transportation, flights, visas, and other formalities. Additionally, you will play a key role in teaching Spanish at various proficiency levels to our employees, facilitating cross-border communication, and assisting with administrative and personnel-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel & Visa Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, and formalities for personnel traveling between Iran, Venezuela, and other locations.
  • Administrative Support: Draft official correspondence, prepare letters, and manage documentation related to international operations and personnel logistics.
  • Spanish Language Training: Develop structured language courses tailored to different proficiency levels, conduct engaging Spanish lessons for employees, and track their learning progress.
  • Translation & Interpretation: Provide accurate written and verbal translations between Spanish, English, and Persian to facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Personnel Support: Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding and integration of employees into the organization.
  • Office Administration: Handle general office tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Persian.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in teaching Spanish or language instruction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
