Geology and Seismic Planning and Control Specialist

Job Description

• Participate in the preparation of the contracting strategy for the subsurface program.
• Establish and continually improve progress reporting standards, methodologies, and templates for project seismic subcontracts.
• Participate in the drafting of subcontracts with a focus on project control issues.
• Implement project progress management system at the subcontract level
• Regular weekly collection and review of subcontractor progress reports, providing timely and direct feedback, and continuous improvement of reporting.
• Participate in the reporting process QA/QC
• Ensure integrity and up-to-date status of project schedule at level 3 (project) for subsurface works.
• Control the Level 4 (Subcontract) project schedule, preparation, and timely updates for seismic subcontracts.
• Perform regular delay analysis for project/subcontract milestones and support management decisions for catch-up activities.
• Participate in the physical progress acceptance process for several subcontracts.
