Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

• Acceptance/issue of equipment and materials from/to the warehouse.
• Organization of loading/unloading, accommodation, issue, and shipment of material in the warehouse (including contractor's materials).
• Analysis and control of the stock level, and involvement of unused warehouse stocks.
• Maintaining records and tracking of inventory items.
• Receipt of applications for the completion of equipment and materials, their analysis, distribution, and execution.
• Registration of all necessary documents for their transfer to the contractor.
• Submission of requisitions for transport and loading and unloading equipment.
• Participation in the inspection of materials and equipment arriving at the warehouse.
• Checking the correctness of the execution of primary documentation for received materials and equipment for its compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the host country.
• Control over the elimination by suppliers of comments identified during the inspection.
• Preparation of draft contracts for the provision of storage, loading/unloading services, and other services required for warehouse maintenance and execution of stock operations.
• Administration of contracts, expediting.
• Preparation and organization of signing of acts of disassembly of equipment of complete installations.
• Providing the stock-taking.
• Control and verification of the correctness of the execution of the necessary documents for warehouse operations.
• Control of acceptance of cargo by quantity and quality.
• Registration of documents for warehouse operations in accordance with the requirements of legislation, international acts in the field of logistics and warehouse accounting.
• Verification of documents required for acceptance and shipment of cargo for the correctness and completeness of the declared information.
