Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Manager

Job Description

• To develop and maintain demand and supply plans, incorporating inputs from sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• To analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• To utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to support decision-making and drive supply chain performance improvements.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies, optimizing inventory levels across the supply chain network.
• To monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues and fostering continuous improvement.
• To lead and mentor a team of supply chain planning and analytics professionals, providing guidance and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of supply chain initiatives.
• To create and maintain supply chain performance dashboards, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• To implement and maintain supply chain planning tools and systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; an MBA degree or a Master's degree is a plus.
• Five years of managerial experience; with at least 3 years in a relevant sector/industry.
• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous.
