Job Description

• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and services, including Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Office 365.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the VEEAM backup solution.
• Research and develop new technology as business needs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with VMware and Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Certificate Services, and more.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Windows and AD Server Security Hardening.
• Familiar with Linux.
• Listen attentively to customers’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions responding to users, following up, and resolving problems.
• Knowledge of Linux administration can be highly beneficial.
• Familiar with Network+.
• Familiar with Fortigate & Takian.
• Familiar with Mikrotik.
• The ability to work outside office hours.
• Proficient CCNA and CCNP network concepts.
• Familiar with Backup solutions.
• Familiar with Antivirus.
• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining HP servers, etc.
• Familiarity with network storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
• Familiar with VOIP.
