Job Description:
Technical support and troubleshooting of software systems.
Responding promptly and appropriately to system issues.
Identifying system weaknesses and working towards improvement.
Preparing and submitting regular reports on the status of systems.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Engineering (Hardware and Software).
Familiarity with SQL Server and TSQL.
Skill in writing queries.
Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively.
Work experience in the field of technical support.
