Design and analyze the process, including processes and relationships between the system and departments.
Collaborate on the diagnosis and improvement of existing organizational processes.
Evaluate how processes meet business requirements and identify problems through constant interaction with internal departments.
Design, implement, and analyze the business processes to mitigate waste of time and resources and increase productivity and efficiency.
Review work problems and procedures such as organizational change, communications and information flow, integrated process methods, and approval procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support corporate objectives and business strategies.
Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate various projects to be implemented.
Identify and manage organizational risks.
Design, analyze, and control process KPIs.
Manage organization documents.
Prepare SOPs, procedures, and workflows.
Prepare management reports for projects and systems and methods.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ISO standards.
Experience with project management.
Experience with business process management tools and techniques (BPMN, etc.), business process frameworks like APQC, and systems design methodology.
Familiarity with documentation methods.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office (Excel, and PowerPoint).
