The systems and methods specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems and methods to optimize our operations and improve efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and refine organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify discrepancies, disruptions, or areas for improvement based on established standards.
Develop organizational regulations, procedures, and work instruction guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Review, control, and provide feedback on process-related documents from various organizational areas to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Oversee organizational documents within the Document Management System (DMS) and ensure continuous updates to the process reference list.
Participate in the enhancement of the BPMS to meet evolving organizational requirements.
Monitor the timely and accurate registration and processing of transactions in the BPMS to identify and address system failures or deficiencies.
Identify and collect requirements pertinent to the system to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in systems analysis, design, implementation, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture, BABOK, ITIL, and APQC.
