Job Description

  • Carry out project measurements and estimates.
  • Carry out office and field work to monitor the progress of projects.
  • Transfer knowledge of construction management and engineering to the organization from the area under management.
  • Assist in the conclusion and signing of engineering consultant contracts.
  • Prepare executive plans through communication with architects.
  • Control status reports and approvals.
  • Prepare and control the project schedule.
  • Prepare inquiries and comparative tables.
  • Prepare management reports.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least five years of work experience in a related field.
  • Familiar with national building regulations and ensuring that projects comply with laws.
  • Relevant work experience in a technical office and engineering services.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Familiar with national building regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication with architects and sites.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in English.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and different matters.
  • Problem-solving ability.
