Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with agencies and charterers.
  • Answer incoming calls nd provide detailed advice to customers.
  • Follow up on customer requests and communicate with them.
  • Update tour prices on the site.
  • Prepare required reports.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working in travel agencies.
  • Familiar with tour, hotel, and domestic and international flight sales systems.
  • Mastery of required documents and visa application processes.
  • Relative proficiency in English.
  • Mastery of MS Office. 
  • Ability to establish constructive interaction and sustainable relationships with customers.
