Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with agencies and charterers.
- Answer incoming calls nd provide detailed advice to customers.
- Follow up on customer requests and communicate with them.
- Update tour prices on the site.
- Prepare required reports.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working in travel agencies.
- Familiar with tour, hotel, and domestic and international flight sales systems.
- Mastery of required documents and visa application processes.
- Relative proficiency in English.
- Mastery of MS Office.
- Ability to establish constructive interaction and sustainable relationships with customers.
