Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented trade marketing supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the growth and adoption of our B2B e-commerce platform. Your primary focus will be on converting these leads into paying customers and driving significant revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market reach across new cities and explore innovative growth channels through both in-house initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market development strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market insights and analysis to identify verticals, and customer segments.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers by presenting compelling value propositions and demonstrating platform capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and lead sales teams to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to educate potential and existing customers about the platform.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and tactics is a plus.
