Transmission Planning & Optimization Engineer

Job Description

• Prepare and present qualitative & quantitative reports to analyze and improve the transmission network.
• Monitor transmission KPIs to identify the critical points.
• Touch and keep the required transmission network quality to ensure the specified targets are met.
• Analyze the problems of the transmission network to propose new solutions to MCI and other stakeholders.
• Follow up the conduction of the presented solutions to the stakeholders to ensure the problems are resolved.
• Follow up on the received work orders to plan the transmission network in the NI phase.
• Monitor the specified KPIs determined by the telecommunication company of Iran and Telecommunication Infrastructure company, before and after resolving the CRs and propose solutions to prevent any KPI degradation.
• Present the transmission plans and new solutions swiftly and based on the schedule to expand the RAN or Core sections of the network.
• Provide new solutions to RAN and core teams to resolve the transmission problems.
