Job Description

Position Purpose:

  • Responsible for the preparation of treasury-related reports, overseeing personnel management, and providing training and oversight to ensure effective teamwork.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the daily report on the company’s bank accounts and available liquidity.
  • Generate treasury department reports, including cash forecasts and SSO reports.
  • Close head office accounts, including reconciliation, reporting, reserves, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports for foreign supplier payments.
  • Manage monthly provisions and document uploads.
  • Compile reports on customer deposits for sales accounting, including bounced checks.
  • Supervise and mentor junior treasury staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and Accounting.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance department; at least 3 years of a treasury function.
  • Previous experience with International FMCG is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good English knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
