Job Description
Position Purpose:
- Responsible for the preparation of treasury-related reports, overseeing personnel management, and providing training and oversight to ensure effective teamwork.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the daily report on the company’s bank accounts and available liquidity.
- Generate treasury department reports, including cash forecasts and SSO reports.
- Close head office accounts, including reconciliation, reporting, reserves, and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports for foreign supplier payments.
- Manage monthly provisions and document uploads.
- Compile reports on customer deposits for sales accounting, including bounced checks.
- Supervise and mentor junior treasury staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and Accounting.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance department; at least 3 years of a treasury function.
- Previous experience with International FMCG is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good English knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills.
