Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in on-site meetings with end-users to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
Design user interfaces and management dashboards with a focus on delivering analytical data and practical solutions for resource management and productivity.
Create design documentation, including user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes, to streamline the product development process.
Work closely with technical, data-driven, and product management teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
Develop visual tools that present data in an understandable and actionable manner for users.
Deliver precise and ready-to-use designs for developers to ensure smooth and error-free implementation.
Evaluate the impact of designs and prepare for future improvements.
Review and update designs based on user feedback and market changes.
Demonstrate effective communication and persuasive skills in presenting design ideas and concepts.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of full-time, on-site experience in product design.
Proven experience in designing for data analytics or similar products in B2B and B2C domains.
Passion and enthusiasm for working in the fields of smart agriculture, sustainable environments, and innovative solutions.
Willingness to travel with the technical team to interact with users and accurately identify their needs.
Proficiency in user-centered design (UCD) principles and experience in identifying user needs.
Experience in designing management dashboards and data visualization tools, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Experience in smart agriculture products (preferred but not required).
