UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in on-site meetings with end-users to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
• Design user interfaces and management dashboards with a focus on delivering analytical data and practical solutions for resource management and productivity.
• Create design documentation, including user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes, to streamline the product development process.
• Work closely with technical, data-driven, and product management teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Develop visual tools that present data in an understandable and actionable manner for users.
• Deliver precise and ready-to-use designs for developers to ensure smooth and error-free implementation.
• Evaluate the impact of designs and prepare for future improvements.
• Review and update designs based on user feedback and market changes.
• Demonstrate effective communication and persuasive skills in presenting design ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of full-time, on-site experience in product design.
• Proven experience in designing for data analytics or similar products in B2B and B2C domains.
• Passion and enthusiasm for working in the fields of smart agriculture, sustainable environments, and innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel with the technical team to interact with users and accurately identify their needs.
• Proficiency in user-centered design (UCD) principles and experience in identifying user needs.
• Experience in designing management dashboards and data visualization tools, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience in smart agriculture products (preferred but not required).
