Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in on-site meetings with end-users to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
- Design user interfaces and management dashboards with a focus on delivering analytical data and practical solutions for resource management and productivity.
- Create design documentation, including user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes, to streamline the product development process.
- Work closely with technical, data-driven, and product management teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
- Develop visual tools that present data in an understandable and actionable manner for users.
- Deliver precise and ready-to-use designs for developers to ensure smooth and error-free implementation.
- Evaluate the impact of designs and prepare for future improvements.
- Review and update designs based on user feedback and market changes.
- Demonstrate effective communication and persuasive skills in presenting design ideas and concepts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of full-time, on-site experience in product design.
- Proven experience in designing for data analytics or similar products in B2B and B2C domains.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in the fields of smart agriculture, sustainable environments, and innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel with the technical team to interact with users and accurately identify their needs.
- Proficiency in user-centered design (UCD) principles and experience in identifying user needs.
- Experience in designing management dashboards and data visualization tools, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in smart agriculture products (preferred but not required).
