Job Description
- Providing counsel and information regarding the visa application process to the applicants.
- Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
- Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
- Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
- Managing the update of visa records in the system.
- Making sure employees comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.
- Going to the labor office or immigration police office as required.
- Following up on the issuance and extension of work permits, Visa Fs, and residence permits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in visa support including 4 years of working experience in Oil and Gas companies.
- Familiar with the labor office website and procedure for visa and work permit issuance and extension.
