To design any forms of visual information, advertisements, and publications.
To take initiative in the creation of assets, bringing them to life, and delivering high-quality and innovative visual content that seamlessly integrates with different media.
To coordinate with producers and advertisement agencies and cooperate with the media planning team to ensure timely delivery of the Visual content.
To monitor the use of the MTNIrancell corporate identity in Iran to assure consistent quality and conformance to company standards.
Responsibilities:
To leverage expertise in the use of AI tools for content creation to craft innovative and engaging visual assets that elevate the brand's storytelling and captivate the audience.
To develop and maintain relationships with external agents that employ any form of MTNIrancell’s corporate identity (Printing agents, web developers, etc.) to process-related requirements.
To design, produce, and coordinate the production of MTNIrancell all related type of content for external communication items.
To ensure consistency of the MTNIrancell visual identity and theme on all corporate identity items (announcement adverts, billboard design, POSM, etc.).
To review all external communication that will carry the MTNIrancell visual identity and Videos and Motion Graphics designed on MTNIrancell’s behalf to ensure consistency of logo, theme, color, font, ideas, and pictures.
To provide advice to any related team on visual content of the public and related website.
To review all other print media for official or promotional purposes that carry the MTNIrancell identity (e.g., Gift items, etc.).
To provide new design perspectives and ideas in brainstorming sessions and suggest appropriate audio, graphic, and animation style selections for the project.
To keep updated of advancements in visual contents such as graphics and motion graphics, videos, music videos as well as new technologies, techniques, and contemporary trends in production design to deliver cutting-edge work.
To review publications and prints designed on MTNIrancell’s behalf to ensure visual identity such as logo, color, and font consistency (e.g., Awnings, Calendars, training/conference materials, etc.).
To ensure internal and external users of the MTNIrancell identity do not abuse the MTNIrancell corporate visual identity such as logo for in and/or outbound communications.
To serve as an in-house design expert to marketing and other parts of the organization on the most effective use of the corporate visual identity and theme in propagating MTNIrancell’s monolithic identity.
To serve as corporate image consultant to MTNIrancell printing agents to resolve any issues related to the use of the MTNIrancell corporate identity.
To act as sole custodian and source of MTNIrancell’s original Corporate Identity items in defined formats in Iran.
To monitor the quality of print supplied by print houses and reject poor quality finishing where required.
To ensure compliance with the Corporate Identity guidelines in all designs.
To work closely with creative copywriters to develop the most effective designs for advertisement materials.
To monitor the implementation process of MTNIrancell’s stands & booths in events and exhibitions.
To coordinate the process of updates and modification of the Corporate Identity in MTNIrancell in the event of modifications or changes motivated by MTNIrancell.
To monitor updates required on material such as physical vouchers, SIM packaging, etc.
To provide input as required on periodic review of MTNIrancell’s corporate identity.
To supervise the performance of the agency creative team, provide feedback to the creative agency on creative assignments, share comments on sketches and final images, and work closely with the creativity and production manager to ensure each assignment's goals and objectives are on target.
To maintain the master project list, including gathering information on projects, preparing timelines for individual projects, and a master timeline with proper reporting and documentation while providing accurate time estimates for each part of the projects’ process.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fine or Applied Arts.
Experience:
At least three years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others.
Experience working in a medium organization.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an advertising or branding/ corporate identity agency or in-house creative teams on the client’s side.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
